Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to M&R TOOLS. We're a London-based supplier of gardening tools and equipment, including brush cutters, multi tools, petrol strimmers, lawnmowers, and the parts that keep them running. These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for using our website and buying from us. By placing an order or browsing our site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version on this page applies to your order.

Products and Pricing

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but slight variations in colour, packaging, or specification can happen. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. If we spot an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before processing your order. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. That's not acceptance — acceptance happens when we dispatch your goods. We accept major debit and credit cards, and payment is taken at the point of order. If we can't fulfil your order — say, an item is out of stock — we'll let you know and refund you in full. We only sell to customers in the United Kingdom.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across the UK, with most orders dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location. We use reputable couriers and will provide tracking where available. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. If you're in London, you may be able to collect from our premises — just ask. Once we've delivered to the address you gave us, risk passes to you. Please check your order on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To return an item, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Contact us first at [email address] to arrange a return. You'll need to cover the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Once we receive the returned item, we'll refund you within 14 days using your original payment method. This doesn't affect your statutory rights. Faulty goods are covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — if something's wrong, get in touch and we'll sort it out.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, and product descriptions — belongs to M&R TOOLS or our suppliers. You can't copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. You're welcome to share links to our site, but please don't pass off our content as your own.

Limitation of Liability

We do our best to keep the site running smoothly and accurately, but we can't guarantee it'll be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business interruption.
