Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to M&R TOOLS. We're a London-based supplier of gardening tools and equipment, including brush cutters, multi tools, petrol strimmers, lawnmowers, and the parts that keep them running. By browsing or buying from our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use our site. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted here is the one that applies to your order.

Products and Pricing

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including specs, compatibility, and condition. Photos are for illustration; minor differences in colour or packaging can happen. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. If we spot an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before processing your order.

Availability

Stock levels move quickly, especially on popular parts. If something you ordered isn't available, we'll let you know and offer a refund or a suitable alternative.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you'll get an email confirming we've received it. That's not acceptance — acceptance happens when we dispatch your goods. We accept major debit and credit cards, and other payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely. We won't store your full card details on our servers.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it's on its way, our returns policy applies.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship across the United Kingdom, with delivery to London and the surrounding areas typically within 1–3 working days. Larger items like lawnmowers and brush cutters may take a little longer. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Once your parcel leaves us, the courier's tracking information will be emailed to you. Please check your delivery address carefully — we can't be responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Under UK consumer law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel and return most items for a refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. You'll cover the return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. Faulty goods are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and we'll help you with the claim.

Exclusions

Certain items can't be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including used fuel, oils, and some cutting attachments. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, and product descriptions — belongs to M&R TOOLS or our suppliers. You're welcome to browse and shop, but please don't copy, reproduce, or republish our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We do our best to keep everything accurate and working, but we can't guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, M&R TOOLS isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our site or products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK law.

Governing Law
